Postage & packaging Buyer Pays Shipping. All postage costs will be displayed clearly for each item. Invoices will be sent out with UK postage on. Buyers outside the UK , please request a total or pay the relevant shipping costs that are clearly listed on item pages when paying your payment. Items are sent out within 24hrs of paypal or postal order payment unless it is the weekend. Then they will be sent Monday.

Customer service & return policy Please email me with any questions before buying and check all measurements and sizes to avoid uneccessary returns.

If you would like to return an item because of sizing or you just don't like it , then you need to email me asap and i will authorise the item to be returned. Please note that i will not accept unauthorised returns. Once you have authorisation , then the item has to be sent back to me so i receive it back within 7 days of you receiving it.

All postage costs are non refundable.

The item has to be sent back in the same condition as sent to you , any labels/tags to be intact and in any original manufacturers packaging .If an item smells of smoke or appears to have been worn or washed , then these will not be refunded or exchanged .

Items have to be sent back by first class recorded delivery so the parcel can be signed for upon return.

You can choose an exchange item from my store although additional postage to send this to you will be charged. You can choose an item for a similar value or more and an invoice will be sent to you for any additional costs incurred and you can pay by paypal or alternatively you can send the money with the returned item. Once the item has been received back and any additional costs paid , then your chosen replacement item will be sent.

If there is nothing in the store that you want , then you will be given a instore credit note. Then you are free to choose something when you find an item that you want. Again please email the item number and don't bid on it.

If you don't want an exchange or a credit note , then a refund will be offered as last resort but postage costs are non refundable and there will be a 25% restocking fee from the item price if items are £10 or over OR a flat £3 restocking fee if the item is under £10 deducted before the refund is given. The refund would be made upon return of the item in satisfactory condition and the payment would be made in the same
